2. We give you the addresses of about 30 homes that best fit your needs and your budget. Simply review the list, maybe drive by the ones that seem like the best fit, then call or email us the addresses. We make appointments for you and one of our professional Buyers agents, who will show you all the homes you want to see, usually within about an hour or two at a time convenient to you!

3. Again, YOU tell us which homes you want to see the inside of.

4. We show you JUST the homes you want to see. We never waste your time looking at homes we both know you'll never buy. Also, you never have to meet or negotiate with the seller, the seller's agents, or other real estate or mortgage people.

5. You pick out your new home. There are over 1500 homes to chose from within 30 miles of Fort Hood.

6. We negotiate the very best deal for you. This can save you thousands of dollars.

For example, we recently negotiated the price down $50,000 plus $8,000 in seller-paid closing costs for the benefit of the buyer. Next, we locked a loan in at below market interest rates which will save our client about $95 per month for the next 360 months of their loan.

7. We do all the paperwork for your purchase and your home loan or mortgage. This saves you alot of time and stress.

8. We coordinate everything. We take care of ALL the details. We make sure that any rebates, tax incentives, or other buyer's programs are utilized to your benefit.

9. We close at a local title company.
